LOST STOLEN & DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or stolen after the post office receives your package, please contact the post office to make a claim. Make sure you have your tracking information available. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for your package once it is received by the post office.
If your items are damaged please contact customer service for refund and reshipping information.
INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS
If the address you entered is incorrect and the item is returned back to us, we will issue a full refund for your products, however you will not receive a refund for shipping. Once postage is paid and the package ships from the post office, postage cost can not be refunded.

HOW TO USE
Remove from packaging and use the foaming pump to place the feminine wash on your clean washcloth. Lather and apply to the outside of your vagina for cleansing. Love Your Lady Feminine Wash is for external use only.
